Hello Alex, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your device was received, our technicians found that the battery of the device had expanded which meant the item could not be accepted as being in good condition as it was faulty. Because of this, the item was regraded and a revised offer was made. As the offer was declined so the item was returned to you on 20/8/18 as per our price promise. “Music magpie have claimed my phone was damaged when they received it and have reduced their offer from £215 to £65. The phone was in perfect condition, cleaned meticulously and packed carefully and posted in front an independent witness. A Google search shows there is a history of such complaints against musicmagpie.”

Hello Julie, We'rs sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your device was received and tested, the casing was found to be cracked which meant the item could not be accepted as being in good condition as this deems the item to be faulty. Images of the device as taken during testing were provided via email to explain the change of condition. As the revised offer was declined, the item was returned to you free of charge, as per our price promise. Kind regards, mM CS

“I only discovered Music Magpie a short while ago but have sold many books, cds etc. It is such an easy app to use and the whole process is easy and payment is quick. I still have loads of goods to sell and pleased to be able to use this service. The shop is reasonably priced but as yet haven't used it.
