“I was sceptical. I expected them to lower their offer. Nope... I packed my PS4 , sent it off, 3 days later I had £131.50 in my PayPal account. No fuss, no delays, no emails back and forth. They gave me a price, a label, I sent it off, they paid me 3 days after I applied. Brilliant ! So impressed I put it up on Facebook to spread the word.”

“Very slick. Price on website was price paid out. Easy process to send the stuff back via the post office. Could do with a reminder on the return label of what you need to send (or not) as I had to double check for what needed to go back with the watch. Very clear on the website when getting a valuation but no further info on the return document. Would use again if price competitive at the time.”
