“They seem to have all the titles I enjoy including those films and TV programmes that would not be in more 'up to date' shops. The quality of the previously owned titles is as good as new. The free P&P is a bonus and the speed of delivery is very good. What more could anyone ask.”

Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. Having looked into your orders, we can see there have been changes to the amount paid for the following reasons: Item not sent, Damaged artwork, Missing disc and damaged disc. We cannot pay for items we do not receive, and as explained in our terms and conditions, media items can only be accepted and paid for if they are in good condition.
