Hello Lisa, We're sorry to learn you were unhappy with the service you have received. Having looked into your order, we can see that the two devices were regraded from good condition to faulty. The Samsung Galaxy S6 was found to be faulty due to a cracked screen, whereas the iPhone 5s was regraded due to screen burn. Had both of these revised offers been declined, the items would have been returned to you free of charge - as they were accepted, payment was issued for both devices. Kind regards, mM CS

“Purchased Iphone - was faulty. Was advised to return it - I posted it back to them. They are unable to trace this and so I have now lost out on a phone and money!!!! They have failed to provide me details of complaints department and royal mail service. Do not use - extremely unhappy with the service provided!!”

“Diabolical. My phone has been well looked after. Not a mark on it. Offered 113.00. Then I got the joke email stating it was damaged. Phoned and some bloke said it was bent and worth 11.00 quid. Funny isnt it bloke at carphone warehouse commented on how well looked after is was but couldnt trade as there card machines have been updated and the software for trade ins wasn't working. Beware”

Following your conversation with one of our agents on 13/10, an image of your device was sent to you via email to show the damage to the item.
