“To add to my previous comments of dissatisfaction I took the courtesy of sending my I phone box and kept the glass protector on bearing in mind my I phone is being sent back to me as I declined the insulting offer I asked for the glass protector to be sent back and the box I was told my phone was cracked all over the place utter rubbish I was told to send it in a box I did Only to be emailed yesterday my phone will be returned not in its original packaging that’s been thrown away along with the glass protector my phone was immaculate I had only upgraded a month ago Very disappointed in the saga I will screen shot how I receive my phone if it’s not in as good condition as when sent it I will be going to trading standards I don’t think the reviews are all kosher but that’s my opinion maybe some are”

“First time I had used Magpie. Found it very easy to get prices for my unwanted tech, set up an account. Particularly like the direct payment option. Sending was very easy at local post office, no label to print just scan the barcode and off it goes. Email notification let me know when it had arrived and confirmed the value. Money in banK account 24 hours later. Brilliant. Could not be simpler”

“Now I've downloaded the app, its really easy to scan the barcodes for sending to Music Magpie. The Hermes driver didn't arrive on the day booked, so I had to re-book but he did turn up the second time. Once my items were received. payment was made very swiftly. Will definitely use Music Magpie again as a fast and simple way of clearing books and dvds and making a bit of money too!”

“A shockingly easy process from the app scanning function to the hermes collection from my front door, the whole process was simple and seamless and I gained some extra money for DVDs that have veen sat in my loft for years! Its so easy you really dont have an excuse not to do this”

“I thought the service was excellent, although I thought the price’s given for my books was less than they were really worth. The only down fall was having to wait in all day for the pick and the man not turning up , so ending to arrange another pick and stay in another day. My time is precious and a little annoyed with the poor pick up service”
