“Absolute scam of a company offered £44 for my mothers iPhone se ,phone had been in a protective case along with a screen protector from the day she got the phone to the day we sent it to music magpie . They then proceeded to revise the offer to£11 as they said the screen has water damage ! Absolute lies the phone was absolutely pristine a strong 9/10 never been dropped or scratched or anywhere near water . I refused their offer as it’s a disgrace offering £11 but selling them on their website for £139 people are being ripped off . AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Very simple and easy to use service, same day payment is very handy. However they need to specify on their website that you won't be paid same day the items are delivered but the same day as the quality assurance team receive it from their warehouse as it's quite misleading. However all in all a very good service with polite and helpful customer service agents”
