“The "payment on day we receive it" claim is mis-leading. After delivery is confirmed there are several more days to wait whilst the item is transported from the point of delivery to the point of processing. My payment took 7 working days (plus 2 weekends) to finalise.”

“I’m very pleased with the service I received when I sold an Apple Watch. The price agreed was paid without any quibbles and they kept me informed the whole way. Just a slight note of caution though if you are expecting a quick payment. Whilst they do advertise same day payment, I would leave a clear week from sending items to receiving money. The reason is that the delivery is by 48 hours tracked (but that’s no bother as postage is free, unlike some companies where you have to pay). Then, if it is received after 2pm, your item won’t be processed until the next working day. Then payment is made, but won’t be in your account until the next working day after that. So in my case, item sent on Wednesday and received on Friday after 2pm. Because of this, it wasn’t processed until Monday, then payment was made which was available on Tuesday. As I say, it’s not a problem, but might want to bear in mind if expecting the process to be fast.”

“Absolutely rubbish, would never buy from again, 0 stars We ordered an unlocked Iphone 6 for my son for his birthday and music magpie sent a locked Iphone. Obviously this is totally useless and my son is gutted as the thing he wanted most for his birthday doesn't work. Despite music magpie making the error, taking our money and sending out something not fit for purpose or as described, we now have to wait over a week to receive a replacement. Try telling that to an 11 year old boy on his birthday! Customer service don't care and refuse to speed up their processes, even though they have made the error. All in all, this is a very disappointing experience and I will certainly not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else. In fact, I will be letting all our friends and family know about this shoddy experience so that they can save themselves the misfortune of dealing with this inept and uncaring company.”
