“Sent a good condition iPhone - I declined their offer as it was half the original offer- they sent my phone back to me covered in scratches on the screen and in a completely different box! Shocking! I sent my phone in good faith and now it’s returned to me like this! So disappointed! Katie”

“I had a few CD's sitting in a box not being played. As I now listen to all my music through streaming services, it made no sense keeping them. I'm sure I could have got more for them if I'd sold them privately, but it would have taken a lot of time and effort to do it that way. Music Magpie made it so easy. I chose to drop them into a local pickup shop so that I didn't have to wait around for a collection, and a few days later I had money in my account, which has already gone towards purchasing items for a new project I'm working on. “I recently purchased some soundtracks from MM, not the sort of CDs you see regularly at the library or supermarkets. I am buying them with the confidence that they have been checked, and assessed for quality. Furthermore I am buying them with the knowledge that if the CDs fail this check, I will get my money back even before I was expecting them to arrive! With this in mind, and a good packing and postage system (which is free!), I am getting what I want, at a reasonable price and I am recycling too! Whats not to like about that!!”
