“Came back with a ridiculously low offer for my phone compared to original quote. Claimed the quality of phone was poor. Not the case as it was nearly new, with no dints or scratches. Will never use again.”

Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your device was received and tested, our technicians found the item was not in good condition as originally listed. Due to scratches around the edge of the screen, the item was deemed to be in poor condition. Because of this, the item was regraded and a revised offer was made. As the revised offer was accepted, payment was authorised for the item on 28/12/18. Kind regards, mM CS

“Scanning and sending my books and dvds was a straightforward process. I received slightly less money than I expected and, unless I missed it, I wasn't given a reason why. Don't expect huge amounts of money for your books and dvds though.”

“Logged on, put the details of the phone in, sent it off and received the money as promised quickly. I had cracked the screen of my quite old phone so was really pleased to get some money for it. Quick payment, amount as stated and updates received letting you know they received your phone and also when they sent payment. Highly recommended.”

“Very impressed by how easy this service is to use. We had numerous old books, DVDs and computer games that were needed/used. Download the app, create an account and you are away. Simple barcode scanning makes this easy. My only issue is some items are given a truly low value however we didn’t need them so went with it.”
