“DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY. If you do then make sure you take pictures of your phone before you ship it, package your phone securely (obviously) and take photos of the packaging also. Music Magpie will make you a significantly higher offer than most websites for your mobile phone, you will send it to them and they will tell you the phone is damaged or in poor condition and offer you a significantly lower amount. If you don’t accept the offer they will damage your phone and send it back to you. This has happened to me and a number of other people if you do a simple search on google you will see the problems people are having with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Initially I was a bit hesitant about sending my pictures phone through the post during the lockdown, but Music Magpie arranged for Parcel Force (I believe this is dependent on the value of your item) to come and collect my iPhone from my home, which really put my mind at ease. I My I hone was collected on Wednesday afternoon and received on Saturday so the turnaround time was the same as normal. The fact that MM is able to operate with their same high standards during difficult times is testament to their commitment to their customers and why I will always use their service. Amazing service!”
