“Brilliant service. So easy to use. All I had to do is wrap it and get the post office to scan their QR code. Best price for phone too (and the reassurance it would be returned if I did not agree with the valuation. All this done within 3 working days. What isn't there to like?”

“Sold my iphone xr to music magpie. The transaction was easy as was posting it. Slight problem with them paying me for some reason; however, this was soon rectified. I would have given 5 stars but there is no way to speak to an advisor on the phone. The company says 'to assist our customers we have ceased using the phone's or words similar. Maybe I'm a bit of a dinosaur but when there is a problem it's nice sort it out over the phone. Overall they did exactly what they said and were very efficient. Thank you”

“I've just used MM to sort out my books. This was a job that had been side-lined for a long while then I found myself stuck in 12-weeks self-isolation because of the current crisis with nothing better to do. Got no complaints - a lot of the books made much more than expected and I had very few rejections considering the final count was 15 boxes! Easy to use - box up, leave outside for MyHermes (who were great) and a few days later the money was in my PayPal account.”

“I am VERY annoyed at this service I feel I have been scammed. My item was in great condition and worked perfectly, I took pictures of my item before sending it off and after the reset even tested it it worked properly (which it did) and was quoted £300, when they received my order they tried telling me it has faulty software and water damage? This is ridiculous as now I’m being quoted £60. How dare you scam people like this during a time like this.”

“Really easy to use and scan in my items, then package up, print label and so on was great, payment was brilliant, came on the same day as when my items were received. Full payment was given and all my items were accepted with no rejections or pay,ent disputes. Constructive Feedback: I arranged for collection by Hermes but they failed to come on three times, however I understand that in the current climate that could be expected, however it does make me nervous to use them again in the further. I took my parcel in the end to a collection shop that had just reopened.”

“If 0 stars was an option !! Goods (2 x ipads)stolen either in transit or upon receipt???. Never had any problems before with many transactions with MM but no help at all on this occasion and now over £100 short in my pocket. Lesson learnt, will never use this company again. This is not just sour grapes but a genuine warning to others, please beware.”
