“Music magpie was a fab service I used to sell my phone quick and easy! My car unfortunately broke and I needed cash fast to buy a new one.. unfortunately now I have a pants phone so an iPhone 8 would be fab! Haha! Thank you! Definitely recommended x”

“Sent in an IPhone X and was quoted £327. Got an email saying something was up with a speaker and offered £90. I immediately declined and got quotes of around £40 to ‘fix’ the speaker. (It wasn’t damaged anyway.) Went to a local small business who did their own tests and I accepted £290. I wouldn’t use Music Magpie again to sell or buy now. Customer services are disinterested in any issue and they don’t honour on site promotions. Was supposed to get 10% more with apple product sale, but voucher expired. It was still advertised on the website!”

“This is the second time we have been messed around by music magpie!! I sent them my phone back 3 times, everytime something else wrong, just trying it on to get the price down from £160 to £25. Sold it with another company and straight away. The phone was in great condition!!!”

“Reading some reviews made me slightly concerned but my wife's dealings with MusicMagpie had always been a breeze. I obtained my quote and went ahead and sent off my Tablet. Once received by MM I got a confirmatory email regarding the initial quoted value. The money was in my account within three working days. More than delighted.”

“Sent an iPhone with a very small/light crack on the screen but otherwise excellent condition and they offered a lower price (due to the crack only) which I declined. They returned the phone and now it doesn’t even turn on. I’ve contacted them but they say it was broken on arrival (even though I have an iCloud update and proof of postage all on the same day). They have since fobbed me off with lies to try and make me go away. Stay well away from this company. They damage your property then deny and ultimately ignore you!!!”
