“Good easy to use website. Just ever so slightly disappointed with the quality of the phone I purchased. I chose "good" condition having read reviews and not having much money to play with. However, I would not say the phone was in good condition. The side buttons had chunks out of them, and it generally in a pretty tatty condition. Seems to work fine though.....so just a little poor. Thank you.”

“Technically, the process is slick, clever and pretty seamless. My arm muscles are also improving thanks to the exercise I get taking the boxes down to the Pass My Parcel place. So all in all a win win. Why only acceptable? That's not MM's fault - it's the depressed market for CDs and DVDs. Hey ho. I'll still keep using them though.”

“I used music magpie as I trusted a known company, but can’t give 5 stars as the phone had a sticker on the back, and was grubby :-( it’s a Christmas present so has not been given yet, but from quickly charging and turning on, all appears ok so far.”

“Bought 4 cds that were on a special deal. They were very cheap but one was badly scratched and had not been indicated that is was not in good condition and I would not have bought it if I had known. Used the service before and this was the first time I was not very satisfied.”
