“It was so easy to see what my mobile was worth. I applied online and I was sent a QR code to present at the post office. I posted my phone off and a week later the money was in my bank account.”

“Music Magpie (MM) did exactly what they said....got my phone price confirmed, sent it, got paid day after parcel was confirmed as delivered. I am a typical Yorkshire man and therefore tight, so the free postage was very welcome.....just use them as I will in the future....Cheers MM.”

“I used this to sell some old books and DVDs. It was easy to use the scanner app for an immediate valuation. Easy to follow instructions with the goods collected as stated. I received the money very quickly as quoted for my books/dvds. Overall quick and easy service to use and a good way of getting rid of unwanted items.”

“Fast service and efficient process from the sale right through to the money hitting my account. The QR code to show at the Post Office is a master stroke, meaning you don’t even have to write or print a label. The price received for the iPad I was selling was fair, and beat competitors. Well pleased and will use MM again.”

“Ordered an unlocked iPhone but instead I received a locked iPhone which meant I had to go to a post office to return it. When I followed up in the knowledge that it had been received at their warehouse I was told I would have to wait up to 7 days before a replacement could be sent. Remember the fault was with them. In the end they advised that they had NO unlocked phones & would refund me. Very poor service & the customer care team had no compassion to my plight”
