“continuous miscommunication between the courier and music magpie. failed to turn up to pick up my stuff entirely on one occasion. upon receiving my goods took an extra day to process despite claiming same day payment and then ammending my offer once processing. samsung galaxy valued at one hundred and ninety pounds by music magpie- phone in perfect working order. as they receive it claim 'poor' condition and offer me one hundred and fifteen pounds. two weeks after starting this process i am left to now wait until they can be bothered to send it back to me. Really really appauling”

Hello Tom, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. We apologise for the issues raised with the courier; we have listened to customer feedback on the courier service and removed this option due to a percentage of collections failing. The device in your order was regraded from good condition to poor due to discolouration to the screen. As the revised offer was rejected, the item was returned to you free of charge on 20/12, a day after the offer was rejected. Kind regards, mM CS

“Was really happy to get the iPhone 5 from the sight. It is for my 10year old grandsons christmas, and I really didn't want to get him a really dear one, as you know what kids are like. Was really pleased at the price and condition of the phone when it arrived. A cover of his favourite football team and a sim, and it is all set for him. He will be over the moon, and gran will be happy too.”
