“Very pleased, will definitely purchase again. Iphone 6S quality Good.... Arrived within 2 days, well presented in a Magpie box with charger lead and sim tool. I expected the phone to look quite used, the only thing I can find is one smallish scratch across the screen and only in a certain light. charged ok but not used it as yet, as it was only given as a gift today but so far so good!!”

“This is how your scam works. 1 Advertise an item you don’t have. 2 Take buyers money and send different item. 3 Apologise,and send pre paid return label. 4 Then claim you have never received return,and refuse refund. The result is the buyer loses all of his money,and Music Magpie makes 100% profit.SHAMEFUL.”

Hello Allan, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. In a rare occasion when an incorrect media item is sent out to a customer, we provide a pre-paid label so the item can be returned to us without additional cost to the customer. These returned items can take a few days to reach us and when they do, we email the customer to let them know and issue a refund. Upon your correspondence, we had not received the returned item so we asked for a proof of postage to issue a refund. “Wow so easy to use to use ! Great app, scanned all items printed the list and then popped the whole lot into my local store for free dispatch. So impressed with the ease of use, makes recycling so simple. I then managed to buy a book I had been looking for at a bargain price, which arrived quickly Brilliant, 💯 percent recommendation”
