“Absolutely disgusting customer service, they sold me an xbox 360 that doesn't work, took pictures of the screen to show them that not even 5 minutes into the game it stops. Sent back for a refund, they now say they haven't received it back yet I have my proof of posting, sent them a picture of the receipt and guess what, no reply and no refund! And now I've just received a notification that the game I purchased has been relisted! Not happy at all, will never be using their company ever again. By the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one.”

“The order was checked and money paid quickly. You don’t get loads of money for some cds/dvd or books however if they are not being used and it gives them a chance at being use and keeps them away from landfill it can only be a good thing. Cleared some space in the house for dvds I could get on streaming with my provider and books I have read. Thank you music magpie”

“This is a very effective site for selling old CDs, DVDs and Tech. The App for scanning bar codes makes it very fast to sell and the QR code for sending via the Post Office is very effective. My payments were received within 4 days of posting.”
