“It was all simple and easy to do. But when I came to the collection it was a bit of a nightmare. I had to boxes of items to be collected, arranged for a family member to wait in for them to be collected, and the collection service would only take one, because the postage labels needed to be different, however I labelled it’s up with the steps in the email for multiple items being sent. He then would collect it tomorrow. He didn’t take it the next day either. And it went on like that for a week. So I’m in limbo with half my order at home and half having been sent off. however music magpie have been in touch regarding setting up another collection. It’s just lost it’s appeal to be honest, as it’s been a faff! I had used them before and it had been pain free.”
