“I ordered an inflatable arch for our event at the last second (about 2 weeks out) which I knew was pushing it. Although I was was told it would arrive the day before our event on Thanksgiving Day. It unfortunately did not and instead arrived a couple days after. I was obviously pretty disappointed initially but I spoke with Bea (my rep) and without hesitation or any back and forth, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the situation right. The product was also top notch and great quality. It's difficult to find businesses like MVP that have such great customer service and truly care about making it right for the customer these days. I will forever champion this business for how they handled this situation and will definitely be ordering more products from them in the future and telling all my friends & clients about them as well!”

We finally received our mascot tunnel… and let me tell you, it is phenomenal. From the design to the build to the final look, it is everything we imagined and more. The quality is top-notch, the details are clean, and the design is absolutely perfect. Our boys are going to lose their minds when they see it.
We’ve only blown it up once so far, but even that one test run told us everything we needed to know. This tunnel is solid, impressive, and exactly what we wanted for our program.

“Usually I would give MVP 5 stars for it's high quality, but after receiving the final product for the 33"X81" banner, it DID NOT reflect the provided template setup. According to the template and the approved art, the entire image (magnet) was supposed to be in full view, but it's chopped off.
Does the template have to be updated? It seems misleading even up to the approval art. Please help.”
