“Overall ok except the valuation section, this is sheer fantasy. The car I checked was not rare but not entirely run of the mill. The prices listed are meaningless unless you are pricing cars just about to be scrapped. I check ed nationally and could not find a car anywhere near your prices apart from spare or repairs on eBay. The rest info was good and well presented.”

“Gave the basic details much of what is already available on the internet (MOT history etc). Apart from the fraud checks, not much else included. You had to pay £20 to get a little more info like known snags of the car etc. It's ok as a fraud check, but by no means cheap. They also want you ...and the seller...to fill out a very long and awkward buyer/seller contract otherwise they won't honour the guarantee that theoretically comes with this check. I had to get the seller to get the VIN number for me so I could decode paint colour etc on another web site.”

Hi In reply to your review, you can get all of the data for the car at a cost of £9.95, you do not have to go to the £19.95 package, although that package does give you 4 vehicle checks which equates to £5 each, so very economical. We are also one of the cheapest car checking companies that you will find. You will not get the VIN on any vehicle reports as it is the DVLA that prohibit this. I am sorry if you feel that that our service was not what you were looking for. Regards Cherry

“Most of the information I received I'd already got for free from Government websites. I was already aware the car I was looking at was a Cat D- what I wanted was extent of damage/repairs not just a date. I suppose it was only £1.99 but not really worth it. Paul Knight”

“To be honest i felt a little bit cheated. I paid for a search but then all of the information that you really want, for example, if the vehicle has any outstanding finance, you have to upgrade to receive it.”

“Answered my query pleasantly, but the report was disappointing at the stage of present value (new/dealer/part-ex /auction) as it showed prices for the wrong vehicle that I was checking on.”

“The app and the full web sites needs to be connected. The fact that it isn't makes it very poor especially when out on the road and then not being able to get the report printed off”

“The service has been good but is expensive. I was disappointed recently as a check failed to come through due to a server error or similar. I was emailed the information when I called to complain by which time I was already on a train to buy the car. Staff member was excellent on the phone however.”
