“I was about to buy a Car from a garage and something didn't quite feel right. I paid £1.99 to get a check up on the vehicle and it flagged up straight away with VIN checks and engine number checks which turned out they didn't match what was recorded. This simple system saved me a few thousand pounds and I am very grateful. I will always use this site in future and recommend it to others. It is fast, simple and easy to use.”

“Was a brilliant app until they updated it and made it rubbish. Why do all apps think updates make them better when 90% of the time it makes them harder to use than it used to be!! Wasn’t broke so stop trying to fix it!!!”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. Many changes have been made to the app that were necessary for technical, legal and commercial reasons. Whilst we appreciate that not everyone will be happy with the number and scale of changes we've made, the vast majority of users have carried on as normal and have been unaffected. Thanks.

Hi We always recommend that you contact our call centre if the vehicle check report displays a finance marker. They are open again on Monday at 9:00am, the contact number is 0330 331 0030 and a member of the team will investigate to see if the finance record is still outstanding against the vehicle you checked. “Did a check for a vehicle I was buying and there was outstanding finance. Phoned the helpline and spoke to a very helpful and friendly gentleman wh9 looked into this for me with the finance company. Excellent advice, service and easy to use. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the my car check service again.”
