“First time I have ever done a HPi check but on a big expense from a private seller I thought it was worth it. It was so straight forward and the things to do, check and the buyer seller form made it crystal clear for buyer and seller.”

“Useful but was expecting to be able to download a pdf file of similar so could print off details. Once logged out and back in again the check needed to be paid for again to view 😤”

Hi Stephen, if you could contact us we can assist to direct you on how to get the PDF and access your check. We do provide a PDF copy to download and print and you can also view your check as many times as you like by logging in to our site, you do not need to pay for the same check again unless you choose to update it. Thanks.

Hi Chris, can you please contact us so we can take a look at your check. The £9.99 "Comprehensive" check will supply vastly more information than that, such as Finance, Write-off and stolen markers. Data such as this is not available anywhere else for free either. Thanks.

“Wasn’t up to date. It came up as outstanding finance but Jaguar Land Rover did a hpi check the same day and it was all clear. Not worth the £9.99”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We rely on our data suppliers to provide us up-to-date information, but there can sometimes be a delay in the update being sent to us. We are always working with our suppliers to provide data as quickly as possible but sometimes this is not possible. On the other hand, it is better to be informed that there was finance than not and a quick call into our contact centre can get updated information whilst you're on the phone. We do always suggest you call us when there is a finance marker. Thanks.

“Even paying a basic £1.99 it gave me more than enough information about the car I was looking to buy, and I’m glad I did, we found a few things out which the car sales man didn’t want to disclose about the vehicle. I didn’t buy this car with the help and history we found out using this site. Always get a HPI check..”

“I’ve used my car check for a wile, the reason to start with was to be able to call and get my HPI over the phone and receive information there and then with no delay. it’s a great service that I would highly recommend , by phone , app or in my case my iPad , just register at my car check and use the service as a one off or in my case I buy a 20 bundle , The report is brilliant with all the information that’s required to have peace of mind in what vehicle you buy.
