“I recently had 2 vehicle checks done, when buying a motorbike. Couldn't have been happier with the process, which I first did online and then later did by phone. The report was clear, and I was promptly sent a copy of it by email. They advised me to call back when I went to look at the bike, to have the VIN/Chassis number verified before I paid for it. I went to see the bike in the evening, about 8pm., but when I phoned the number given on the report, all I heard was a recording saying "the office was now closed". I crossed my fingers and paid for bike anyway, providing the VIN/Chassis number by telephone the next day. All was OK, thankfully, but I would have really liked someway of verifying the VIN/Chassis number before paying for the bike. Maybe a 24hr mobile phone solution would work?”

“The information provided stated there was possibly finance on the bike. When I finally got through to an agent after 2 calls and being cut off after being on hold for 10 minutes the agent was finally able to confirm verbally there no finance on bike and it was a partial serial number clash with another car. Now information can get mixed up, that's life - but the pi$$ poor response when trying to call is very unprofessional.”

“My husband was buying a van for just under £3000 and as we pulled up to look/buy the van, it looked in great condition and worth more than the advertised price. I said, lets do a quick check to see if it's 'dodgy'. I quickly tapped in 'my car check' on my phone, added the van registration number and bought the cheapest option available at £9.99. I paid by paypal and within less than a minute, we had all the info we needed to go ahead and buy the van with peace of mind that it had not been a write off, or that it had any outstanding finance. This was texted to my phone and also sent in an email. Great service!”

“Lots of info, bit most can be found with a simple google search. I specifically did a search to check mileage but it's not good for that at all, not even got mot mileages”
