We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your product. We have assembled many of these bunk beds and other Laurent furniture and they always assemble with ease and are of good quality.
Hi, I'm sorry you were not happy with your doll. I can assure that any new genuine American Girl doll will not be available for £30. There are many copies of this doll plus other cheaper brands of similar doll on ebay. We only sell the genuine American Girl dolls.
