“Quality of goods were exceptional and daughter loves them. Delivery fell short however as expected arrival 2nd August. DHL had them that day arrival 6.48am, loaded them and then took box off again for delivery 3rd August. Problem was this was for my daughter's birthday on 3rd. After many phone calls eventually delivered 3.30pm which screwed up 2 days instead. Very stressful with an upset 9 year old.”

“The doll bed is very nice. However the bedding supplied with it does not fit the pillow and duvet. The bedding is too small! That is such a pity as the item is quite pricey! Also the so called mattress is only a sheet really, no stuffing.”

“I can't fault the service and the product was delivered promptly. However the product is extremely disappointing. These dolls are shocking for the price, a £160 doll who's head is attached by a piece of string, really? My daughter was desperate for one and had done her research, but even she was very disappointed. Seriously how can a doll like this cost this much?”

“The doll was delivered very quickly, thank you! However the film over the front of the doll was pierced, had a crack in it. The outer cardboard box it was posted in was intact so you must have known about this before you send it, just before Christmas. Took the shine off the 180£ doll I had saved for, but the day before Xmas eve not much I could do!”
