“My complaint isn’t about the customer service it’s just the quality of the ring. They did a good job on the ring and sized it correctly and it was what I expected when I received it. However, only 2 weeks after our wedding the ring started turning black and tarnishing and I have never had something that’s supposed to be sterling silver do that. Ever. And now, 2 months later my ring looks terrible and ruined and I have never used any harsh chemicals or anything on it. It was a waste of money. My husbands ring has done the exact same thing. I’m very disappointed we spent as much as we did.”

“I waited till the last minute to order this bracelet and earrings.I requested an earlier delivery date it arrived one week earlier than stated.I could not believe how quickly it arrived. Bracelet and earrings are beautiful. My wife was so happy she cried .I feel like a thank you is not enough.but,Sincerely THANK YOU!”

“I feel as though I am wearing a work of art on my finger- one that has amazing symbolic meaning - made with metals from the Island my great great great grandparents had to sail away from to try to find a better life - I am so grateful that they survived in the bowels of that boat so they could begin their life again in Quebec , Canada”
