“I ordered two birthstone claddagh rings for my daughters for Christmas. I had some questions and sent an email on a Saturday. Within a few minutes I had a response and was told I would get a call on Monday. Monday morning I received the call, had my questions answered and was very delighted with the person I spoke with, Ciaran Vipond. When I hadn't received my rings I became worried there may be a problem so sent another email. Within minutes I had a response that my rings were on the way. I have been extremely satisfied with my rings, they are absolutely beautiful, and the service I received was what I would call international comraderie. Thank you so much My Irish Jeweler, I will be ordering from you in the future. Happy Holidays.”

“I found My Irish jeweler while searching for Celtic necklaces online. I was a little hesitant in ordering from this company because I live in the states and I wasn't sure how long it would take to receive the merchandise or what kind of service I would receive. I decided to give them a try and I could not have been more pleased. The service was outstanding and the necklace that I ordered as a gift was just beautiful. “The cross arrived at nearly the exact moment it was scheduled for delivery via Fed EX. The cross is very nicely detailed and well finished. The ring at the top of the cross has a very small diameter hole and the jump ring is also quite small necessitating a trip to the local jeweler to modify and enlarge the jump ring so the cross is usable with a fairly standard weight men's chain. I am currently awaiting the modifications so the cross can be worn on my chain.”

“Not only were the products beautiful, but they were shipped 3 days before the expected arrival. The owner of the company has great communication with his customers and keeps them abreast with the status of the order, which is greatly appreciated. “I want to thank Peter for all his help when we were ordering my wedding ring. It turned out even better than I had hoped. I was worried about ordering a ring online because I couldn’t try it on first, but Peter's advice on sizing was spot on. I can’t imagine wearing anything else right now. “Beautiful jewelery that I feel is very well priced. I'ved ordered 2 pieces from "My Irish Jewler" and love both of them. My only complaint is the first ring was mailed out quite late and when I had emailed enquiring into the delay there was no response. The second piece arrived right on time. Very happy overall with product!”
