Please think carefully before you use this company. We received a faulty oven that had to be returned and it took a month and threat of legal action to get a refund. The customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. The policy is that you are never able to speak to a manager or anyone in authority, you have to complain by email which is then ignored. To anyone who has already had a problem, please speak to Citizens Advice, they log the problem and hopefully they will refer the company to Trading Standards if they get enough people contacting them. They can also help you with trying to get a refund.

Do not use this company Please could I have this email passed the the management/complaints team. I purchased an oven and hob from your company on the 1st November to be delivered to me on the 4th November. I arranged for someone to be at the property all day on the 4th and the delivery was not made. I then had to contact your company to be told the delivery would be made on the 5th yet again this was not done so I again waisted time being at home all day to wait on the delivery that did not happen for a second time. I had to make contact with you again and was told Saturday 7th November a full 3 days after the delivery slot was originally scheduled. Then to my dismay when my electrician who could only come out for the second cancelled appointment due to delivery delays tried to fit the appliances the hob was not working. He put the old hob in as I have a 5 year old and need to have sufficient cooking facilities. I reported the fault with you on the 23 November by phone as I had no reply to my previous email. On the call I was told that I would have to get the electrician to come out fit the broken hob for me to take a video of it not working. Can I just say this is ridiculous that I then need to pay the electrician a further hours labour to do this. In between times I try to use the oven for the first time and it is making an extremely loud rat talking noice. I send a video to this email address with yet again no reply. I then have to call and the customer service advisor accessed the email and confirmed a possible miss alignment of the fan. I then arrange collection of both appliances and not a replacement or repair as by this point I had lost all confidence in your company. The saga goes on the appliances were collected on the 2nd December and I have called twice emailed twice as it is now the 14th and still no refund. I was refunded back at the start the delivery cost due to that mess but as you can see above I have them had numerous inconsistencies since. I would like a prompt response as to how you intend to compensate me for the time calls and emails I have had to send and make. And I now need the amount of the refund made to my account and not to the payment method klarna. I have made the purchase payment through klarna there for there is no balance on that account and I would then need to wait further time for them to put the money onto my card. There reply Your refund has been made.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS OUTFIT with a stack of barge poles. We ordered a ceramic hob, but when it came time to fit it, the hob was smashed to bits. Myappliance refuses a refund because.....’products should be unpacked with 24 hours as stated in our small print.....’ We are a professional kitchen and bathroom fitter. We spend £000’s on appliances with AO every year, AO are a first-rate appliance company with a fabulous aftercare service and a no-quibble guarantee. I was persuaded to use myappliance on this occasion but ever NEVER AGAIN! Seriously, do yourselves a big favour and AVOID myappliance!

my oven was bought 16 months ago stopped working tried to contact my appliances for repair under guarantee totally unable to get through.this company is the pits you buy you loose. .

Ask for FIONA, This customer service representative does not know what happened to my original delivery and does not know how to track the next delivery. Fiona seriously needs an urgent appraisal as she doesn't have any customer service skills and does not understand simple English. There is no manager available for comment or help. There is no complaints procedure and this company uses DX as their courier, another shambles just like My Appliances. NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE AND ORDER FROM THEM.

Take note, you get what you pay for. I've had 2 of their top of the range innocents ovens in 3 years. They take 25 minutes to reach operating temperature which according to my thermometer is 10 degrees hotter than the setting. Also the cooling fan never switches off, you have to knock the power off at the plug and leave it for a couple of hours before you switch it back on. The first ovens fan oven didn't work at all either. I've just ordered a new Bosch oven to replace this one as it's total garbage. Hope this review helps you in your choice.

do not use! £20 delivery cost, pay your self to return and they charge a £15 admin charge to return even though I just wanted to swap. read the terms!!

We ordered a Fridge/Freezer and a built under gas oven & grill. After returning 4 Fridge Freezer due to damage plus the over was smashed inside the packaging. Finally they were installed. Fridge freezer seems ok at mo. But oven lights when it wants and grill is hopeless .. over an hour to cook 4 slices of Bacon. Despite engineer report the company will not accept it back as they say "it works" I insist it is not "fit for purpose" they will not put me through to a manager or give me MD s name. APPALLING AT BEST!

I was given a specific delivery date so I took the day off work - unfortunately it did not arrive on the date I was given. I contacted my appliances and they stated that it was the fault of delivery company and a busy Black Friday ! They cannot guarantee delivery times! Good value for money not the best customer service or delivery. Something to be aware of if you are considering making a purchase

Ordered Monday, promised delivery Wednesday, received text Tuesday confirming Wednesday. Another text Wednesday saying delivery delayed and to contact them. Called them told will get call back nothing. Called again Thursday told will get call back. Nothing! Called gain told get a call back in a few minutes, nothing!. Called again and told delivery not happening but given no reason. Asked for refund, told cannot do till next Monday. No good to me as need to but from another supplier. Asked them to do refund that day and call me to confirm. And surprise no call no refund. Have raised query with both bank and trading standards. Cannot believe their level of customer service!

I ordered a hob and an oven, site crashed during ordering so i had to order on two orders, asked for a refund of my delivery charge as this should have been £29.99 and i was charged £49.99, they have refused to refund me, do not buy from them quite simple.

Delivered faulty oven, failed to refund for the item until messaged months later after which the large delivery cost was not refunded even tho no exchange was offered the only so lotion offered was collection and part refund

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS! I have had nothing but appalling experience from the beginning with this company.Firstly, I paid for selected day delivery. When it did not arrive I was informed by the company that they did not dispatch it in time. When asked for my delivery cost to be refunded I was refused and it wasn't until I stated that it was my right under the consumer contracts regulations that they agreed.Secondly, the fixing parts were missing from the box, leading me to have to contact the company again.Thirdly, the extractor hood is faulty. The fan is making a loud noise, just as described in its own user manual as a fault. I have tried to arrange a return for this faulty item as per the companies faulty goods return policy but have been refused. I have been told that I cannot prove it is faulty until it is installed and that it will most likely be due to installation and the condition of my wall where I will have to have an engineer at my own expense. I am well within my right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act as the item was not of satisfactory quality. I have given the seller clear notice that the item is rejected within 30 days. The item is also of poor quality and design as the lights are impossible to remove without them snapping regardless of how well the instructions are followed. The company policy states that collection will be arranged for faulty items, but I have been refused this. I am well within my rights to cancel due to their breach of contract.Lastly, I would like to draw attention to the companies return policy which states that an 'admin' fee is imposed on customers who return items. This is against the consumer contracts regulations also. Please see: legislation.gov.uk. I am concerned this company is behaving unlawfully and against consumer rights. I have had to use trading standards to resolve.

Booked a delivery slot 8 days after of placing the order. My partner waited in all day for the delivery which never arrived. I contacted the delivery company who had never been made aware of the agreed date. Cancelled the order and have since been in a battle with the company for a refund. No response to emails and no refund. I have raised a dispute via PayPal and am contacting the small claims court to pursue this refund. Avoid at all costs. They may be cheap but you don't get anything for your money

Do not use this company awful customer service , we purchased a wine fridge via a retailer in early 2020 which had a 2 year warranty in Aug 2021 they had to replace it with a brand new one after 3 engineer visits. The engineer basically swapped out PCB'S and hoped for the best. Now in May 2022 , 10 months after getting a brand new fridge that one has gone wrong and this terrible company have refused to honour the two year warranty on a 10 month old product as they say the warranty went from the delivery of the first fridge so it has now expired absolute con. So be warned bunch of sharks

DO NOT USE! Paid £15 delivery cost for 3 items (Cooker Hood, Carbon filter pack and Ducting Kit). Returned 2 items (Filter pack and Ducting Kit) as they were not needed in the end, and had to pay return cost myself. They then charged me £11.00 admin fee (£5.50 for each item returned!!!). There are much better companies out there that don't charge admin fees for returns. So I suggest you shop around and read the small print before spending your hard earned cash.

Appalling company - paid £39.99 for sat delivery - didn’t turn up. Reorganised with no decent explanation for the following Tuesday, didn’t turn up ! Eventually turned up on the Thursday. Ridiculous excuses of blaming others for it not arriving on the two occasions - let’s hope after reading the reviews unfortunately after purchasing that the oven works - will never use the company again - appalling customer service !!!
