Booked a delivery slot 8 days after of placing the order. My partner waited in all day for the delivery which never arrived. I contacted the delivery company who had never been made aware of the agreed date. Cancelled the order and have since been in a battle with the company for a refund. No response to emails and no refund. I have raised a dispute via PayPal and am contacting the small claims court to pursue this refund.
Avoid at all costs. They may be cheap but you don't get anything for your money
