I got sent a replacement which was the faulty bag I returned in the first place I ordered a bag from this company and when it arrived it had a fault in the leather. I reported this immediately to customer services and was told someone would be getting in touch with me in three days. I waited the three days then the next person on live chat nothing had been raised, so I had been sitting with a faulty bag with nothing being actioned in the background. I then raised this with Nokukhanya who was very rude and cut the live chat off mid conversation when I still hadn't had any help or advice with what to do with my faulty bag. I finally got through to someone who could help, and got sent a return label. I immediately returned the bag, got my tracking code and receipt. I got notified of when the bag was returned to MyBag, and gave them one week to contact me as I knew it would take some time to process. One week later I went back onto live chat, and was told that they hadn't received my bag back. I provided all of my tracking information which confirmed that it had, and again received no help from customer services. I then flagged the fact that I now didn't have the money, nor the item and you were saying it was missing and there was nothing you could do to help or give me any further information. I then spoke to Craig who said they would action the return for me, but didn't confirm if they actually found the bag I returned. Luckily, I can confirm it was found, as when I excitedly opened my replacement bag, you can imagine my anger and disgust to see that it is the bag that I had returned in the first place with the same fault in the same place. This was my first designer handbag, and the whole experience has been a shambles. Customer services don't know what they're doing, they have not been sympathetic and the fact that I've now received the same faulty bag twice, is embarrassing. The bag didn't even have any protection put back on it to hide the fact I've been sent back the original bag. I am now not getting any response from the customer services team so am having to move my complaint onto trustpilot. I've now got to go through the return process again, and I have officially lost all trust in this company. Avoid at all costs, this has not been a luxury experience for me at any stage.

I bought a coach bag from this site and within 2 weeks the coach tag had snapped off from the bag. For a £450 bag I would expect the accessories to be much stronger. I contacted the shop to tell them what had happened but they wouldn’t help. They took over 21 days to respond to me after I chased them. I asked if the tag could be resent but they refused to take responsibility and the customer service team were impolite and rude throughout messaging. Avoid at all costs

“Absolutely horrific! AWFUL!!!! It is a scum. I have provided proof on several occasions that the bag I purchased which supposedly was a COACH bag but which had a handle falling apart,and was e mailed asked to upload pics in the chat, and then e mailed again asked to upload pics to the message centre without any website links. I asked the bag to be replaced with a nee one, already 2 weeks now. They keep confusion. I read other reviews that they trick you to ongoing dialogues and even when asked to send bag back then you never receive refund or alternative products, keep getting ‘the warehouse hasn’t received this’ which after reading all the other reviews I now caution everyone They will do anything possible to avoid refunding you - i shall ask them to directly send a new bag but if they dont i shall contact COACH

This company is awful for renters. RENTERS BEWARE! Take pictures for everything!! Save all interactions with this company. They over charge for everything upon move out, adjust prices to fit their needs, not common market value. For example, upon move in, the apartment was not clean, carpets not shampooed yet they charged me for this upon move out. They also are charging my for a key replacement when all I ever received was 1 key. They also take forever on repairs. They send you Youtube video's that "mansplain" so you can fix it yourself.

I purchased this bag 2 years and 1 month ago. With OCCASIONAL ware, the gold has rubbed off the front logo, the clasps from the strap are pretty much black! I would have expected this kind of "wear" from a primark bag, not Marc Jacobs. I contacted My Bag exactly 2 years and not a full month after purchase, sent all photos and was told I am out of the 2 year warranty and they can't do anything. If you would like to know where the warranty period information is provided, good luck! Apparently its in the box with the order - not true and according to customer service its available in the product information on the website. Interesting as I have been asking for proof of this for the past few months and am being ignored.. so yeah. Don't buy this bag for £300 if you expect to have it for a few good and don't expect customer service to answer your questions! Will never order again!!

Dreadful company. I was sent an empty box - complained to the company sent photo after photo of the shipping label and still no refund. £97 for an empty box. My gut tells me this company is a scam so don’t waste your money - order direct from the supplier

This website just tries every effort to not refund you. I returned a bag two weeks ago, went to the designated Evri Parcelshop and got the receipt that I've sent it. Now it shows that it has been returned, but Mybag told me they didn't receive it instead they received a "baby wipes"??? this is completely a joke. They can claim anything they want because you're not in their warehouse and apparently you can't expose their lies. This fraud company simply won't refund you. I will never buy from this scam website again. "Easy to return" is absolutely a joke. After investigation they closed my account saying that the package was sealed. I think it's either the man who send my package has switched the bag or Evri has mistaken my package. and MyBag didn't even consider this and then closed your account. Very interesting. this is such a company that will refuse to solve the problem instead they completely shut your account down and don't even investigate the courier! What a 'investigation' team!

Absolutely horrific! AWFUL!!!! I have provided proof on several occasions that the bag I purchased was sent back and was Infact received by their depot. This was sent back over 4 weeks and I still keep getting ‘the warehouse hasn’t received this’ which after reading all the other reviews I now see this is an excuse. They will do anything possible to avoid refunding you.

The package was returned to sender due to the "wrong address" despite the address being correct and I haven't received a refunded. Please refund me immediately as I never received the product!

Worst company ever to deal with Worst company ever to deal with. If you send anything back, make sure you use a service that is tracked and signed for. They claimed my return never arrived with them despite being signed for by 'THG', the parent company that owns them and the warehouse. They only paid up when I disputed the payment. I sent my credit card company all the proof, then MyBag paid up. Personally I would shop elsewhere

Please do not buy from these scammers. I bought a Strathberry bag from them which arrived on 24th October and the bag's handle was damaged. I returned it to them on 25th October by EVRI Parcelshop. According to EVRI tracking, the parcel was delivered to MyBag warehouse on 28th October. I have not received a refund as they keep saying they have not received the parcel in their warehouse. I have emailed them numerous times photos of the tracking/delivery information and also uploaded it countless times on the chat/message function. They keep asking me to send them the tracking information, which I done countless times. They don't have a telephone number that you can speak to someone. The chat function is useless. I wish I saw their reviews before buying from them. I will make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman or take them to the small claims. I will not let them get away with stealing nearly £400 from me.

Worst customer experience ever! be aware that the process of trying to resolve any dispute is abysmal. I purchased a Marc Jacobs bag and received the bag but not the dust bag. For the price point you’d think they would do proper checks to ensure all items are included. I have been in talks with various of your reps and have been promised a lot but you have not delivered. I’m starting to question if the company is legit! Are your items genuine? Why are items missing from the order? After requesting to speak to someone on the phone, this was not granted and I am still left with no resolution. What does it take to resolve the issue you caused in the first place.
