“Awful. Very very dodgy. They take your money upfront. Mess around with bookings and then refuse to refund you. I've had so many issues with them. It actually scares me that they're still going and haven't been investigated”

“I am a landlord not onsite but my tenant was very pleased. He also pointed out the boiler was still in warranty, which I didn’t realize, and I got a part fitted free when he could have easily charged me”
