“Ian arrived on time, was friendly, helpfully explained the nature of the job he was doing and carried it out efficiently and effectively. He delivered the report within 24 hours which was extremely helpful to me in moving forward other matters. I would recommend Ian Loader to anyone. He is the epitome of professionalism.”

“The cleaner arrived promptly and finished our end of tenancy clean to a high standard. They did a great job of cleaning around windows which had some staining. They also cleaned the oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. They were very reasonably priced and it was easy to organise.”
