“Easy to book online with plenty of time slots and choice of prices/contractors. Good communication with contractor, Pharth Patel (Same Day Certificates), who was very friendly and polite. Survey done in the morning and certificate available by mid-afternoon.”

“I booked an electrical certificate through MyConstructor and paid in advance on 2nd September 2024. The assigned contractor cancelled on me three times, at the last minute. Despite giving them multiple chances and communicating, the service was never completed. After the third cancellation, I contacted MyConstructor to request a refund, but they closed the dispute without issuing any refund. TICKET ID: MC-011388”

“Although my appointment was moved to a date 4 days later, the guy came and was very nice and did what he needed to do etc. There were some findings, and with the timeframe I am working with, we managed to get an appointment booked to do the works by my deadline, so they are coming again this week to do the advisories. Straight forward, saved money on the appointment through this company compared to others that quoted, whilst I need stuff doing, I am happy with the service provided and feel its been honest, as opposed to feel like I'm being tricked into spending unnecessary money, if that makes sense!”
