“Firstly the website responded to original inquiry very quickly that in my opinion is very important. Secondly the communications were first rate and I was kept informed about date and times regularly. Finally the surveyor Adam contacted me directly so we could talk about convenient times and dates. On the day of survey Adam was on time another important item and Adam carried out a thorough survey of my property now awaiting online access to certification. I would recommend Myconstructor.co.uk to anyone requiring an EPC quickly. An excellent service second to none.”
