“Mavis did an excellent job of cleaning my barbecue! However, I found it concerning that she thought she was there to clean my kitchen oven - obviously a miscommunication, and as a result the job took her longer than we both expected. All that to say Mavis was lovely and polite and did an excellent job with the cleaning supplies she had.”

“Nice guy. Did the job. I was surprised when booking on MyConstructor a specific slot that when the contractor called up he couldn't do that slot because his scheduling diary isn't aligned. We found a compromise time though. The Electrics needing one thing fixing which re returned to do, although his solution to that was a little pedantic and inelegant. Hence 4 stars not 5. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rez.”

“1ST CLASS!!! Kingston Heating were superb. They came out at short notice with no extra charges. Very reasonable rates. Samuel, very polite and personable came out for a boiler service. The boiler was built into an inaccessible cupboard and then blocked in with pipe work. Samuel was the first person to give the boiler a proper service in 10 years! Because he was the only person who went the extra mile and extra time to properly access boiler, I would definitely recommend.”

“Akhtar introduced himself and offered to take his shoes off. He explained the procedure and how long it would take. He was very approachable and friendly. He explained about the .gov site which was very helpful and I could see the certificate within an hour or two.”
