“Asked me several times if I had a floor plan of the property which I don’t. Didn’t really explain where he needed to go in the property, communication was average. Didn’t not have his own pen and paper luckily my tenant had some in the property. Nearly forgot to take payment I had to remind him.”

“Very pleasant man. He did a thorough job. Swept the chimney, cleaned the inside of the stove and repaired the collar on top of the stove. I would recommend him and will use him in the future.”
