“Nice guy. Did the job. I was surprised when booking on MyConstructor a specific slot that when the contractor called up he couldn't do that slot because his scheduling diary isn't aligned. We found a compromise time though. The Electrics needing one thing fixing which re returned to do, although his solution to that was a little pedantic and inelegant. Hence 4 stars not 5. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rez.”

“1ST CLASS!!! Kingston Heating were superb. They came out at short notice with no extra charges. Very reasonable rates. Samuel, very polite and personable came out for a boiler service. The boiler was built into an inaccessible cupboard and then blocked in with pipe work. Samuel was the first person to give the boiler a proper service in 10 years! Because he was the only person who went the extra mile and extra time to properly access boiler, I would definitely recommend.”

“Akhtar introduced himself and offered to take his shoes off. He explained the procedure and how long it would take. He was very approachable and friendly. He explained about the .gov site which was very helpful and I could see the certificate within an hour or two.”

“Emma came to do the EPC at our flat,she arrived on time,called me to confirm all is OK before coming to the premises.very happy with the service overall,and quick turn around for appointment and EPC was given to me by email on the day,thank you”

“I did not meet her but she was very polite and professional on the phone. She alerted me a day before of her job date and reminded me about ice in the fridge etc. She completed her job without being calculative about timing. Upon inspection of the cleaned property it was to our high standards. A job well done. Very pleasant person.”
