“George called just before the appointment to confirm and arrived on time. He was extremely thorough and very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my ECP situation. All in all he was a very good person to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone wanting an ECP done.”

“Callum was polite, cheerful and helpful. Although he was running late, he kept me informed way ahead of the original appointment time, so his communication was excellent. The EPC was completed quickly and was available to me within hours. A great service - thank you”

“Despite having an issue with his car that meant he was unable to arrive at the scheduled time the contractor went above and beyond to fulfill the job and make sure he did not let us down so I would strongly recommend him.”

“Matthew arranged the appointment with us, and arrived when he said he would. Matthew was professional and friendly. He delivered the EPC certificate a few hours after leaving. Even when we highlighted an amendment, Matthew quickly made the change and delivered an updated EPC within a couple of hours. Thank you!”

“Aziz was lovely. He explained what he was doing and how an ECP worked. Unfortunately, internet was down for a large area the day he came and we have poor phone signal without it (which he needed to upload information). Most impressed he came back after he had got a signal to talk me through the results.”

“Abu was promt to respond, EPC certificate was carried out as described. Very good on price compared to other options. I recommend Abu for EPC certifcate. I will use the service again if required. MyConstructor site is great, customer support helped me to find laternative contractor when the originally booked contractor declined to attend due to travel distance. It took couple of days more to find alternatice option (Abu) but was worth the wait .”
