“The cleaner arrived promptly and finished our end of tenancy clean to a high standard. They did a great job of cleaning around windows which had some staining. They also cleaned the oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. They were very reasonably priced and it was easy to organise.”

“I am preparing my property for Letting and found 'Construct and Maintain' from MyConstructor for an EPC. When I met George I immediately realised his excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He was punctual in attending when agreed and I was thoroughly impressed all round - his work ethic, workmanship, pricing, detailed report and personability. George also provides other services such as making floor plans, which I will likely contact him again for in due course. I recommend 100%.”

“Communication about the time of our appointment was excellent. John was helpful & knowledgable and we were happy to follow his advice & experience.
