“Great assessor who visited. Some issue over details, concerning the information uploaded to the EPC Government website. The matter was quickly rectified though.”

“Tried getting an EPC from a letting agency, they looked around and said it was too complicated because of the unconventional layout of the house and they hadn't done basements before. They said they could get a specialist team in to do it. Simon came in and did it himself with no problems. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing whereas the letting agents didn't.”

“Very happy booking with Polarity Electrics London Ltd, kept in good contact with when the engineer would arrive and once the engineer arrived was very polite and got to work and completed then explained a few issues and helpful solutions, will recommended to all my friends & family.”
