“Tenants have reported a quick and efficient service although the engineer did not visit at the time that was originally booked and arrived earlier than was expected. Luckily the tenants were in to receive him.”

“Aziz was lovely. He explained what he was doing and how an ECP worked. Unfortunately, internet was down for a large area the day he came and we have poor phone signal without it (which he needed to upload information). Most impressed he came back after he had got a signal to talk me through the results.”
