“Really poor customer service. They operate a chat function that is pointless, given the response is always to 'call this number' or log in and create a ticket, and when you do call, you're through to someone who lets just lacks the social skills to help. It works when the contractors you book turn up, but if anything goes wrong, it all falls apart, mainly because there's been zero investment in customer service and staff training. The website takes the strain, but human touch is far more important, and that where it falls apart with My Constructor.”

“Andy came on time, but my lodger did not let him in as he was sleeping after night shift. Andy did not just left, he contacted to me, offered to come back in an hour and did the job!! :-) I am so grateful as previously another gasman (Billy Britton) let me down twice. First time sent email 20 min. prior appointment, second time did not turned up - no explanation, no answering calls nor texts. Thank you Andy!”

“Had to call them back to clean the stains from a bench. Also they could not remove some mould in a bathroom as well as around the kitchen sink for which I got docked £10 from my deposit. Otherwise they did a wonderful job and both the landlord and I was satisfied.”

“Cannot fault the whole experience. Easy to book at convenient time. Hamza arrived spot on time, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He did was he said he would do and provided the EPC later that day. Couldn't have asked for better.”
