“Good comms, on time and follow-up comms came through. The price was reasonable for a gas certificate. 2 thoughts on my failed inspection: - I wish the problem could have been fixed rather than being identified only - subsequent contractor agreed with what needed to be fixed but not with failing the inspection based on that Whilst I can not comment on which of the 2 contractors are right, I wish I did not need to call out another contractor for the same issue. That said, all good otherwise.”

“Very professional guy that did the EPC at very short notice after the original person cancelled at the last minute. The guys at myconstructor informed me immediately and my alternative arrangements with someone else to come to me within the hour - great service”

“Quick and easy to book for EPC assessment on the website. Callum provided good communication to confirm the appointment the day before, he was on time for appointment, did an efficient and thorough assessment, then the certificate was made available to me within 24 hours of the assessment. Couldn’t ask for better.”
