“Overall was good experience, although i did offer to answer any questions he might have...and he chose not to ask (maybe because i appeared busy), so as a result I had misinformation on the rating. Would use again knowing that I can help him do a more thorough job and provide him with information about insulation.”

“Andy came on time, but my lodger did not let him in as he was sleeping after night shift. Andy did not just left, he contacted to me, offered to come back in an hour and did the job!! :-) I am so grateful as previously another gasman (Billy Britton) let me down twice. First time sent email 20 min. prior appointment, second time did not turned up - no explanation, no answering calls nor texts. Thank you Andy!”
