“James was amazing - I had to reschedule slightly and he was great about it - when he arrived he gave me some tips about where to place my smoke alarms (I'd done them wrong) and he did a thorough job and was really friendly - 5/5”

“Service was good, but a little tricky due to Hafsa’s (engineer) poor English. He had my sympathy at the time as I recognise that he may have spent little time in England, but communication was difficult. I didn’t want to upset Hafsa as he must have felt as frustrated as me , but being able to understand each other is crucial for both customer and engineer.”

“Ian provided a fantastic service. We had some problems with our tenant not being available at the agreed time, keys not working etc. Ian was super flexible, called to keep us informed, rearranged and then completed the EPC within half a day of getting access. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you”
