“John was very friendly and easy to talk to. I liked the fact he took off his shoes indoors without being asked! He explained what he was going to do , any paperwork that he would find useful eg solar panel and cavity wall certifications and when the epc certificate would be ready. In fact he sent it that evening so very efficient. Would thoroughly recommend him.”

“William arrived on schedule and performed the inspection very efficiently. He was careful to remove shoes to protect the carpet without being asked. The EPC was in my inbox even earlier than I expected. Definitely would use him again.”

“Would like to say thank you to the guys from Shafix for the high quality of service they provided when they carried out the EICR at my rental. Arrived on time and explained how to rectify an issue with one of the damaged switches in order to rectify. So would highly recommend and be calling back for future electrical works.”
