“Ian provided a fantastic service. We had some problems with our tenant not being available at the agreed time, keys not working etc. Ian was super flexible, called to keep us informed, rearranged and then completed the EPC within half a day of getting access. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you”

“John was very friendly and easy to talk to. I liked the fact he took off his shoes indoors without being asked! He explained what he was going to do , any paperwork that he would find useful eg solar panel and cavity wall certifications and when the epc certificate would be ready. In fact he sent it that evening so very efficient. Would thoroughly recommend him.”

“William arrived on schedule and performed the inspection very efficiently. He was careful to remove shoes to protect the carpet without being asked. The EPC was in my inbox even earlier than I expected. Definitely would use him again.”
