“Great communication, kept us informed about estimated arrivals and things to do when we had to reschedule. Prompt response yo queries and resolutions. The electrician did check all circuits and appliances, found a really critical issue with heat and smoke alarms past due replacement. EICR was issued same day. Excellent service by Proper Connection Ltd.”
