“Was looking for a cheaper alternative than those recommended by Estate Agents. Blaine was early, polite, professional and cleaned up after himself once he inspected the dusty loft. Gave a full rundown of what was happening with the inspection and possible rating. Would recommend him and the service and will use again in future.”

“William arrived on schedule and performed the inspection very efficiently. He was careful to remove shoes to protect the carpet without being asked. The EPC was in my inbox even earlier than I expected. Definitely would use him again.”

“Alan was very punctual, friendly and also informative about the process. It was all quite simple, clearly a pro in his field. Helped me to look up information on epcs online and went through our result and how we could improve. Really happy with the speed I could get the appointment and Alan was lovely so overall very pleased with the service.”

“I booked electricity safety certificate. They tried to charge me over £1,000 for 'necessary' remedial work. I booked a different qualified electrician who dismissed their report as "fiction and fairytales" and did the necessary work and issued certificate for £235.00 do not use these people, they are stealing your money”

“Nice guy. Did the job. I was surprised when booking on MyConstructor a specific slot that when the contractor called up he couldn't do that slot because his scheduling diary isn't aligned. We found a compromise time though. The Electrics needing one thing fixing which re returned to do, although his solution to that was a little pedantic and inelegant. Hence 4 stars not 5. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rez.”
