“George was on time, very pleasant as a person, quick and deliberate in doing the job, and finally completed the certificate and had it sent to me within 4 business days. On top, his EPC service was very competitively priced. Nothing but a great experience, and pleased to recommend.”

“Absolute conman, asked for an electrical certificate, was priced 99 pounds, the electrician failed the certificate and wanted 1750 for new board and extras. Got my own electrician and was charged 120 and passed the certificate!!!”

“Was looking for a cheaper alternative than those recommended by Estate Agents. Blaine was early, polite, professional and cleaned up after himself once he inspected the dusty loft. Gave a full rundown of what was happening with the inspection and possible rating. Would recommend him and the service and will use again in future.”

“William arrived on schedule and performed the inspection very efficiently. He was careful to remove shoes to protect the carpet without being asked. The EPC was in my inbox even earlier than I expected. Definitely would use him again.”

“Alan was very punctual, friendly and also informative about the process. It was all quite simple, clearly a pro in his field. Helped me to look up information on epcs online and went through our result and how we could improve. Really happy with the speed I could get the appointment and Alan was lovely so overall very pleased with the service.”
