“Brendan was initially given the job on a Friday when he wasn't working in the area, so poor allocation by the MyConstructor team, not Brendan's fault. He then personally rearranged the job with me and did it at the next opportunity he had, which was the following Tuesday afternoon, then completed the necessary paperwork so the Energy performance Certificate was on the government website that evening. Excellent service.”

“George was prompt and friendly, he was happy to talk about the features of the property and how they would affect the overall rating, always talking through what he was doing and why he was doing it. I received my certificate a few days later. Very happy with George's work. I don't see how the service can be beaten for the price paid. Would definitely recommend George to anybody looking for any one of his services.”

“I'd not heard of site before and was hesitant, however I did enquire & booked. The communication was great especially with the names, photos and info of the tradesman. I opted to pay cash (as I was still a little dubious) Blaine was attentive in his communication. We amended the appt due to work arrangements. He arrived promptly and was polite and friendly. We communicated what access was needed which was helpful. Blaine was professional & efficient THANK YOU! Will absolutely recommend!”

“Was a very spur of the moment booking so the the surveyor walked into the house in chaos while we're mid clear out! He was friendly, quick & happy to answer any questions & was even happy for the dog to be wandering around. Made the whole thing very painless so thank you very much”

“Ian provided a fantastic service. We had some problems with our tenant not being available at the agreed time, keys not working etc. Ian was super flexible, called to keep us informed, rearranged and then completed the EPC within half a day of getting access. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thank you”
