“Brendan was initially given the job on a Friday when he wasn't working in the area, so poor allocation by the MyConstructor team, not Brendan's fault. He then personally rearranged the job with me and did it at the next opportunity he had, which was the following Tuesday afternoon, then completed the necessary paperwork so the Energy performance Certificate was on the government website that evening. Excellent service.”

“George was prompt and friendly, he was happy to talk about the features of the property and how they would affect the overall rating, always talking through what he was doing and why he was doing it. I received my certificate a few days later. Very happy with George's work. I don't see how the service can be beaten for the price paid. Would definitely recommend George to anybody looking for any one of his services.”
