I bought the full size safe with fire proof and live in the high rise condo building. The delivery man left the safe on the curbe side without notification prior to delivery. He was rude and very unprofessional.

Thank you for your review. We looked into this with our shipping company and they confirmed that the dispatcher called in advance of the delivery. They are required to do this because with this safe, it's strictly delivery with appointment. We also confirmed with the shipper that you signed the delivery paperwork. On our website and in our pre-delivery email that we send you, we list white glove service being an option which is an add on that you can select at an additional cost. We spoke to the delivery service about the attitude of the driver to make sure all truckers treat our customers in a professional and respectful manner. Flimsy at best. There were no bolts to secure the safe in the floor. I had to buy them. Bottom seems very thin. Very small for a jewelry safe. Expensive and would not buy it again.

Thank you for your feedback. We followed up with you over email several weeks ago and gave you instructions about the hardware pack. Every safe comes with a bolt kit that you can use to install your safe. This model is one of our largest safes and all the dimensions and weight are listed on the product page on the website. 2.5 stars. Very small space for valuables, particularly for the price of the tall safe. mechanisms seem to work well. I ordered 2 additional shelves that were expensive for a shelf. I would not purchase again because of space and high price.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you don't find the space sufficient. We list all our specs and dimensions of this product on the product page as well as full images and videos. If we sold the shelves for any less, we would lose money, which unfortunately we cannot do. The safe itself is fine. The delivery was terrible. There are no instructions with the safe and the instructions online are only for the small cube safe. I ordered the largest firemax. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t call back. Overall the product is ok but customer service is terrible. Unless you can haul a 200 pound safe into your house alone don’t buy from this company.

Thank you for your feedback. We sent you again an email followup with all the instructions. We have instructions and videos for all our safes on our Support Hub, an Instruction manual comes with the safe, and our customer support team gets back to every support ticket that we receive. Please look out for our email so we can get to the bottom of this and make sure you have all the information you need to operate your safe properly. Your delivery also comes with a delivery appointment call from the shipping company, and we include instructions at time of order about the process for receiving in your safe. Dear Karen, at Mycube we offer a variety of safe styles and technologies. Our Firecube is the safe that offers one hour fire protection and water protection in the case of sprinklers if a fire is being put out. We call it the Firecube so that our customers know this is the safe that has fire/water protection. Fire protection safes are a specific type of safe with specific dimensions and qualifications, and so not every safe that we offer can have this type of protection. SO far the MyCube safe is difficult to set up and the instructions do not help. I had to find a YouTube video to help do it. Now that it is set up it is difficult to get the number pad to illuminate. One positive is that the finger print set up is super easy.

Please note the following information that should help you with your safe: every safe comes with an instruction manual that details fully how to set up and use the safe. The instructions list clearly the steps for setting up codes, registering fingerprints and other common functionalities. We also have videos on our website so customers can see how to do each of these steps on screen. We provide both the manual and videos so customers can choose which method they want to follow along to set their safe up. We also state clearly in the manual and the video that to get the keypad to light up, "Lightly press and hold on the middle surface of the keypad to illuminate digits and wake up the keypad." If the keypad always stayed lit up, the batteries would run out. We are happy to hear that it was easy for you to set up the fingerprint registration.
